Fibre Geeks just confirmed that they have repaired the fibre break and performed testing, and all connectivity to the affected houses has been restored 🥳

Update from Fibre Geeks: "Estimated Time of Repair is 15:00pm today. As soon as connectivity is restored, another update will be provided."

The Fibre Geeks field team have arrived on site and are currently determining an ETA for repair. Updates to follow.

Update from Fibre Geeks: "We will be dispatching a team to Hartland who will attend to the break tomorrow morning." Services will remain offline until the break is repaired.

The power issue has been resolved and connectivity restored by the network operator. If your internet has not come back online yet, please do the following to re-establish your connection: 1. Unplug both fibre ONU and your Get Wiza router for a full 60 seconds. 2. Plug devices back into power and wait another 60-120 seconds for it to re-establish the connection.
