We are experiencing an outage on our EASSY Capacity between South Africa and Europe. Our available capacity from South Africa to Europe, via Kenya, is currently constrained due to both the ongoing WACS Capacity outage, and this new outage. We apologies for the intermittent connectivity.

Customers may experience degraded connectivity due to a fault on the EASSY cable system. This is further compounded by the existing fault on the WACS cable system, resulting in reduced capacity out of the region.
