    THINKSPEED have confirmed that the fibre break has been repaired and services have been restored. If you're experiencing connectivity issues, please follow these reboot steps: - unplug power cable for your GetWiza router - wait +-2 mins, then plug back in - wait another +- 2 mins for the service to re-authenticate If you're still experiencing issues after rebooting, please WhatsApp us so that our team can assist.

    The latest update from THINKSPEED is that their onsite repair team have advised after initial repairs, an additional fibre break was identified and picked up. As a result, the previously communicated ETR of 2 hours is no longer applicable. Once a new ETR is shared, we will update you accordingly.
