Please see below update from Fibre Geeks: "Our technicians have conducted a full inspection to the cause of the current outage and it has been found that the backhaul cable was damage by contractor working on the new estate behind Bergenzicht. DFA, the backhaul provider is in the process of replacing the damaged infrastructure where there has been some delays due to the amount of damage caused as well as the weather conditions. Unfortunately we cannot provide an exact estimated time of repair at this moment, but rest assured teams are hard and work repairing the cable to get your internet connection back online as soon as possible."
