    Customers may experience degraded connectivity due to a fault on the EASSY cable system. This is further compounded by the existing fault on the WACS cable system, resulting in reduced capacity out of the region. Please see below the latest update from our vendor: Update on EASSY Capacity outage affecting international traffic: Our provider has updated us with the following: "Kindly note that we have a dual failure affecting the service. Work Path The link went down earlier at 8:22 UTC. We have a suspected failure between Teraco Riverhorse and Stanger on our terrestrial network in South Africa. The team is at the POF and they are looking for slack to start splicing. No ETR shared. The protect path This path went down later at 10:07 UTC bringing the service down. We have escalated to our resolver team, and they are investigating. More updates will be shared once received. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. "
