FIBRE GEEKS have determined that the outage is related to a fibre issue and have switched to their failover link. Connectivity has been restored on the failover link, but service may be somewhat degraded until the primary link can be reinstated.
Their engineers are actively monitoring the failover link and investigating longer-term solutions for their primary link.
If you're still offline, please follow these reboot steps:
unplug power cables for both your Fibre Geeks ONT device & your GetWiza router
wait +-2 mins, then plug back in
wait another +- 2 mins for the service to re-authenticate
