The fault identified on site appears to be power related - the power to the guardhouse went offline last night and the UPS on-site lasted several hours to keep the equipment online, however, without an opportunity to recharge the UPS died in the early hours of this morning resulting in the equipment going offline. Fibre Geeks have reported the power issue to the site manager who has arranged for an Electrician to be dispatched ASAP, and in the meantime, we have a team en route with a fully charged UPS so that your connection may be restored sooner rather than later. They expect both sites to be online by 8:30. We will confirm once the connection has been restored. Getwiza Support Team
